The Weber Spirit E-210 LP gas grill is the perfect grill for beginning grillers. It is solidly built with heavy-duty locking swivel casters so that it can be moved easily and then secured firmly in place.
This quality propane grill has two stainless-steel burners so you are not limited to grilling one dish at a time or using the same grill for cooking two different things. You can simply regulate the temperature of each burner for your specific needs. With a total cooking area of 458 square inches, there is plenty of room to cook for an entire family.
Even though this is considered a basic, or starter, model liquid propane grill, there is no skimping on quality. The grilling plates are heavy-duty steel which conducts heat evenly and cooks meats consistently. The convenience of having a disposable drip-pan system is a tremendous help with after-grilling cleanup and the warming rack area is a generous 108 square inches.
A left-side return stainless-steel prep table holds platters with a three-utensil hook holder below the side prep table conveniently holding grilling utensils. On the right-hand side of the grilling surface are the control knobs, with another three-utensil hook holder below the control surface. The cart on which the Weber Spirit grill sits encloses the liquid-propane gas tank, easily removed through the front-access doors.
Perhaps the most coveted feature of the Spirit E-210 grill is the actual grilling surface. Its porcelain-enameled cooking grates and flavorizer bars offer a superior grilling experience. These grates offer unsurpassed heat retention, maximized by their ability to sear foods perfectly and seal in the moisture for tender meats and vegetables. With a 26,000 BTU-per-hour input, this grill heats up to 600 degrees very quickly and maintains the cooking temperature consistently.

Shrouding this grill is a porcelain-enameled lid with cast aluminum black-painted end caps. There’s no squinting required to read the display on a nice-sized center-mounted thermometer. The addition of this thermometer eliminates the guesswork over maintaining the perfect cooking or grilling temperature and gives the cook a heads-up if temperatures need to be adjusted.
